Set-up 10:00 am - 11:30 am
PRIDE 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Clean-up 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
All vendors are expected to stay for the full duration of the event.
Location: Riverside Park - Downtown La Crosse, Wisconsin
Check in by the bandshell between 10:00am-11:30am.
Vendor spaces are 10x10 feet and do not include tables,
tents, or chairs.
No driving on the grass to set up or tear down!

Alcohol: No alcohol will be allowed on the grounds outside that area or by another vendor during La Crosse PRIDE or in Riverside Park during the 2025 La Crosse PRIDE.
Canvassing: Exhibitors may interact with guests / attendees only from inside their booth space.
Canvassing from outside the booth space is not permitted.
Change: The event is not responsible for providing cash or change to exhibitors. Please make sure to have adequate funds on hand.
Check In: Vendors must check-in at the Welcome Tent upon arrival. Check-in will be 10:00 am - 11:30 am. NO one will be allowed to check in after that point, as the event starts at 12:00 pm. Do not arrive early, we have a lot of set-up to do!
Clean-up: Each organization is responsible for cleaning their event area. Please create a plan for disposal of materials before, during and after the event. Any group that leaves the area in a condition that requires special clean-up may be charged for cleaning services and may not be allowed to participate in the future.
Code of Conduct: Staff, volunteers, vendors, and all persons associated with La Crosse PRIDE agree to always represent the event in a positive manner, not to engage in any behavior that is determined to threaten the safety of anyone participating in the La Crosse PRIDE, and agree not to engage in any behavior that is disruptive or interferes with the rights of anyone associated with La Crosse PRIDE.
Electricity: No electricity available. Food Trucks must provide their own generators.
Firearms: No firearms or weapons of any kind will be allowed in Riverside Park or La Crosse PRIDE grounds.
Insurance: All vendors are responsible for their own insurance coverage and agree to hold La Crosse PRIDE and The Center harmless against any and all liabilities arising from participation in the 2025 La Crosse PRIDE Fest.
Payment: Payment is due in full with the submission of the application. Applications are due on or before August 8, 2026. Failure to do so will result in vendors on the waiting list taking the vacant spot.
Pets: For the safety of your pet and others, we ask that you leave your pets at home. Exception for service dogs.
Photo Release: Acceptance of this application grants permission to La Crosse PRIDE and The Center to use the above-named participant's likeness, obtained only during the time applicant is participating in La Crosse PRIDE, on informational and promotional materials and reports, in either printed or electronic (web) form and without any obligation or liability.
Placement: Vendors will be assigned a booth space. A vendor booth layout will be emailed to you no later than 1 week before the event. Please watch for this email, it will include lots of important details relevant to the day-of.
Respect: Vendors are expected, without exception, to be kind and courteous with staff, volunteers, other vendors, and event attendees. Rude, argumentative, cruel, or mean-spirited behavior is NOT tolerated. You will be asked to leave early, without refund, and not allowed back in the future.
Sales: All proceeds from sales go to the individual/vendor. All participants are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax. Participants must have a valid Wisconsin (La Crosse County) mobile vendor and/or food license. All local, state and federal laws apply. Vendors are strictly prohibited from selling alcoholic beverages or tobacco products.
Security & Safety: La Crosse PRIDE is not responsible for any loss or theft incurred. Sidewalks must remain open and clean at all times.
Set-up: Vendor spaces will be marked as of 9:30am on Saturday, September 5, 2026. Check-in will be 10:00 am - 11:30 am. NO one will be allowed to check in after that point, as the event starts at 12:00 pm. Do not arrive early, we have a lot of set-up to do!
Smoking: La Crosse PRIDE Fest is a smoke-free event.
Tear-Down: Tear-down begins at 6pm. Vendors who leave early will not be allowed back next year. Vendors are expected to tidy-up after themselves. Don't leave a mess!
Unloading: Tent Vendors are expected to UNLOAD THEIR VEHICLES ENTIRELY AND MOVE IT BEFORE BEGINNING SET-UP! There are a lot of vendors using the road to unload; be courteous to others. Plus there are other people using the park (which also limits the number of spaces available to unload & load vehicles).
Vendor Spaces: Vendor spaces are 10ft x 10ft. There will be a 1-foot space between tents to help vendors and guests move around - please do NOT spread out into this space. You will be asked to move your things if you do. Extra space behind your tent is also provided to stash your personal items & chairs, NOT for displays. Vendors must bring their own tents, tent weights (20lbs per tent leg, 40lbs per leg is best for high winds), tables, chairs, displays, etc.
Violations: By submitting this application, you are agreeing to adhere to the standards set by La Crosse PRIDE and The Center. Anyone in direct violation may be asked to leave the event, at the discretion of the event staff.
Weather: This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given for inclement weather.
